Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is set aside especially for you. I understand that schedule changes happen; however, to protect my business, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. 💳 Cancellation & No-Show Fees Late Cancellations / Rescheduling: Any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% fee of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication may result in a canceled appointment and a late cancellation fee No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged a 30% fee and will be permanently declined for future bookings. Frequent Changes: Habitual last-minute cancellations or rescheduling will require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront to secure any future appointments. 💬 Communication is key! I know life happens. If you cannot make it, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work something out and open up the slot for another client. To secure your appointment, all services require a 100% upfront prepaid deposit at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your commitment to your scheduled time and allows me to prepare the custom products and formula needed for your service. ​Securing Your Slot: No appointment will be held or approved without a completed prepaid deposit. 🛑 Zero-Tolerance & Conduct Policy To ensure a safe, peaceful, and respectful environment, I reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time. I operate a zero-tolerance workspace. The following behaviors will result in the immediate cancellation of your appointment, and a permanent ban from booking: Disrespect & Entitlement: Explicit rudeness, demanding or entitled behavior, micro-managing the service, or a general lack of respect for my time, expertise, and boundaries. Volatile or Hostile Behavior: Outbursts, aggressive posturing, threats, or any behavior that feels unsafe, erratic, or mentally/emotionally taxing. Verbal Abuse: Insulting language, raising your voice, profanity directed at me, or defamatory comments. Important: If a service must be terminated mid-appointment due to volatile, disrespectful, or unsafe client behavior, the client is still financially responsible for 100% of the services rendered up to that point. Payment for the time, labor, and product used will be processed immediately before you are assked to leave. ⚠️ Note: My chair is a sanctuary for both myself and my clients. Energy is everything. If a professional relationship is no longer a mutual fit due to behavioral issues, it will be terminated immediately.
